During April's election Week, candidate Rachel Richards won against Rachel Culver 179-86. Liz Aceno was voted Vice President of Finance, without opposition. In the Student Trustee election, Rose Bustos won over Jacob Lohr, Jamoceo Black, and Barbak Zaker Shrak 87-30-15-12, respectively.

We asked President-Elect Rachel Richards about her plans as president: "I'm excited at creating a community on campus that involves everyone, and bringing back the inter-club council here on campus, so we can have stronger club activity, more activities in general, strengthening our tutor program. One of the things we just passed today was a resolution for quad shows... we'll work on these things to enchance our standing in office."

Our current ASO President, Carlos Ramirez, had these transitionary words to say: "I'm very, very proud of this new cabinet that's coming in. I have the highest hopes that they'd do a just as good, if not, better job than I have done in leading the students of Harbor College into a new era, especially considering that next semester we should have the school pretty much open with the new buildings included."
